My name is Joseph A. Back in 1995, I was disappointed with our modern day healthcare.  So I started doing my own research in Alternative Medicines from A – Z.  After 4 1/2 years of work, I self-published the 600+-page The Gettysburg Program – What You Don’t Know May Be Killing You (Kindle E-Book).  And from the 600+-page Gettysburg Program and its alternative healings, I came up with my own Special Weight-Loss Diet that worked so good I put together 169+ Lose It Or Else Accelerated Weight-Loss Facts, Tricks And More!  Back then and to the present day, I was and am so confident in my Special Weight-Loss Diet and my book, I put up a hefty $10,000.00 Bounty on my own research and work to have anyone come forward to prove me wrong.  To this day (10+ years later), I’ve had no takers.  Nobody has dared come forward to try to prove me wrong.

014) Baked Beans Weight-Loss: Now let me tell you about a man from Great Britain who lost a lot of weight by eating baked beans every day. Twenty-eight year old James Skeates from Suffolk, England lost a lot of weight by eating baked beans for 02-months.  “I was getting through two tins a day, eating them in my breaks at work, then at home with jacket potatoes, wholemeal bread or pasta.  I was never hungry, but the weight kept coming off.”  Skeates was reported to weigh-in at 133 kilos and 06-months later he lost 38 kilos, for a new weight of 95 kilos. By the way to convert from kilograms to pounds, multiply the kilos (kilograms) by 2.205 which will give you pounds.

OK OK, I’ll do it for you.  Skeates initially weighed-in at 133 kilos (kilograms) X 2.205 = 293.265 pounds.  He ate 02 cans of baked beans each day for 06-months.  At the end of 06-months he weighed in at 95 kilos (kilograms). 209.475 = 83.79 pounds.  He lost 83.79 pounds.  And if you take 83.79 ) 2.205 = 38 kilos (kilograms).  Anyway, on an average, Skeates lost .4655 pounds a day or 3.2 pounds a week or 13.965 pounds a month.  Not bad.  As recommended by physicians, the weight came off real slow.  Last time I checked, doctors recommend that dieters lose about 02-pounds a week to be on the very safe side.

Me, I put almost a whole bag of pinto beans – with water of course – in a crock pot and cook em’ that way.  When the pinto beans are about ready, I then add cooked hamburger or sliced-up hot dogs with it and place it in several containers for freezing for future meals.  NO NO, this is not my Special Diet but it could be.  My own Special Diet works even far far better than Mr. Skeates’ diet.  OK, let me give you another weight-loss trick right out of my book.  Let’s go to Item 030 – Can Of Sardines. Sardines To Lose Weight!

Cherries To Lose Weight!

 

036) Cherries: A cup of sweet red cherries furnishes only 82 calories, whereas a cup of sour red cherries furnishes only 52 calories.  Cherries may be a great diet aid.  If you enjoy sweets, substitute that 300 calorie candy bar for cherries that will not only satisfy your sweet tooth but fill you up.  Cherries are a good source of Vitamin A, low in sodium, a modest fiber content for your heart and no fat.

According to a 1950 writing by Ludwig Blau, Ph.D., in the Texas Reports on Biology and Medicine, claimed he cured his crippling gout that confined him to a wheelchair by eating 6 to 8 cherries each day!  He noted that as long as he ate cherries, the gout stayed away! He also annotated that 12 others who suffered from gout also ate or drank cherry juice and they were also completely free of gout! Prevention Magazine printed Ludwig Blaus’s advice and testimonials started to pour in to Prevention magazine!  Many wrote and said initially consuming 15 to 20 red or black cherries a day then 10 a day after that worked to remedy their affliction with gout!

1st Note:  Gout is the painful inflammation of the big toe and foot.  It is caused by defects in uric acid metabolism which causes deposits of acid and salts in the blood and joints. According to a study at Forsyth Dental Center, cherry juice to be a potent antibacterial agent against tooth decay!  They noted that black cherry juice blocked 80 percent of the enzyme activity leading to plaque formation which is the groundwork to tooth decay.

2nd NOTE:  I was raised eating cherries straight off the cherry trees in our yard – Mmmmmmmm!!  Now let’s learn about Item 114 – Pineapples for weight-loss.

 

Pineapples To Lose Weight!

 

114) Pineapples: Two slices of pineapple provide only 90 calories, Vitamin C and very little sodium.  When picking fresh pineapples at the supermarket, insure the leaves are dark green.  A natural enzyme found in pineapples called bromelain is a nutrient that increases the body’s ability to break down fats and protein promoting body metabolism!  Pineapple is rich in manganese and helps satisfy your sweet tooth!
